Packaging
Softbox light stands typically require disassembly into sections and must be wrapped in specialized protective materials-such as foam, bubble wrap, or EPE foam-to minimize impact and abrasion during transit. For metal light stands, particular care should be taken to protect the surface finish, preventing scratches or oxidation.
Loading Process
Heavy pressure and irregular stacking must be avoided. Light stands should generally be laid out horizontally and neatly, and kept separate from heavier items to prevent bending or deformation of the joints caused by compression. Additionally, the interior of the transport vehicle should remain relatively stable to minimize the impact of severe vibrations on the connection points.
In cases involving long-distance transport or multiple transshipments, special attention must be paid to verifying that locking mechanisms and connecting fittings are securely fastened; if necessary, straps or specialized mounting brackets should be used to provide secondary reinforcement. Upon arrival at the destination, the items should be unpacked and inspected immediately to confirm that the stand shafts are free of bending, looseness, or surface damage, thereby ensuring safe and reliable installation and usage.
