Traditional poles are hard to set up. They also take a lot of storage space. An Australian outdoor brand asked us for a fast setup product. We spent 6 months developing the large family inflatable tent. Our factory has 14 patents. We make 5000 sets per month. The customer won a "Best Innovation Award" at a camping show. We started in 2021 and now export to many countries.
Numbers from our tests
We use high-density polyester fabric with TPU coating. The beams are welded with high-frequency heat. The fabric is 150D Oxford with PU coating. The table below shows the key numbers.

The tent sets up in 3 to 5 minutes. You can use an electric pump or a hand pump. The tent has multiple air chambers. If one chamber breaks, the others still hold. A New Zealand farmer used our product for 1 year. No air leakage. The inside has separate sleeping and living areas. The large family inflatable tent is very comfortable for a family of four.
