Strong posts for heavy vines
Shaoxing Longfan started in 2021. We make fiberglass products. Grape vines get very heavy each year. Metal posts rust. Wood posts rot. So we use solid fiberglass. The diameter is 12 to 16 mm. We use solid fiberglass rods. The diameter is 12 to 16 mm. The length is 1.5 to 2.5 meters. The surface has spiral grooves. The grooves run along the rod. They increase friction with the soil. The bottom is sharpened. It is covered with a stainless steel sleeve. The sleeve protects the rod when you hammer it in. The top has a pre-drilled hole. The hole diameter is 8 mm. You put wire or cross bars through the hole. The wire holds the grape vines.

The spiral grooves increase friction. The vines will not pull the posts out of the ground. Fiberglass resists acid and alkali. It works in all soil types. The pre-drilled 8 mm hole makes it easy to run wire. You can also attach cross bars. The stainless steel sleeve on the bottom prevents splitting. You can hammer the post into hard soil. The sleeve will not crack. The weight is only one-third of a steel pipe. One person can carry many posts. The grape vine support frame is very easy to install.

The posts do not rust. They do not rot. They do not need paint. They do not need replacement for many years. The vineyard in Xinjiang has used them for 4 years. They are still perfect.
