Fast open and fold for canopies
Outdoor folding canopies need to open and close quickly. Traditional metal scissor folds are heavy and get stuck. A fast-open canopy brand asked for a lighter, smoother product. We use solid fiberglass and stainless steel pins. Our joint design has a self-lubricating nylon washer. It stays tight after 5,000 cycles. A chain of outdoor stores used our scissor fold canopy pole. The pole uses the parallel four-bar principle. When you open it, it locks automatically. When you fold it, the size goes down to 1/10. You can connect multiple sets in series. This works for canopies from 2x2 to 4x4 meters. The stainless steel pins and nylon washers make opening very smooth. The scissor fold canopy pole is very durable.
