Soft poles that protect kids
Shaoxing Longfan started in 2021. We make fiberglass products. Children's bed nets need poles that will not hurt a child. Metal poles are too hard. Normal fiberglass is also hard. So we wrap the fiberglass with a soft TPE layer. A child will not feel pain if they hit the pole. A US mother and baby brand bought our childrens bed net poles. Soft cover and safe design
We use a solid fiberglass rod with a 5 mm diameter. The TPE soft layer is 1 mm thick on the outside. The surface feels soft to the touch. The hardness is 55A Shore. This is similar to a pencil eraser. The bottom of each rod has a large rounded anti-slip sleeve. The sleeve diameter is 30 mm. The sleeve has no sharp edges. It is round and smooth. The top connector is made of PP plastic. The plastic has rounded corners. There are no sharp edges anywhere on the pole. The poles pass EN 71-3 tests for heavy metals. They also pass REACH standards. They are safe for children to touch and even bite.

The soft TPE cover absorbs impact. If a child runs into the pole, they will not get hurt. The rounded plastic parts do not scratch skin. The large base keeps the pole from tipping over. Even if a child pulls on the net, the pole stays up. Each 1-meter pole weighs less than 80 grams. A child can set them up by themselves. The poles come in 50 cm sections. They connect with plastic threaded sleeves. No metal pins. No sharp edges. The childrens bed net poles are very safe for home use.
Easy to assemble and store
The poles come apart into sections. Each section is 50 cm long. You can store them in a small box. You can also put them in a carry bag. A child can put them together by turning the sleeves. No tools are needed. The set of four poles weighs less than 650 grams. You can take them to grandma's house or on a trip. The soft TPE cover is easy to clean. Just wipe it with a wet cloth. Do not put it in a washing machine. The cover does not come off. It is permanently attached to the fiberglass.
