Dome shape with curved poles
Shaoxing Longfan started in 2021. We make fiberglass products. Mongolian style mosquito nets need curved poles. The poles form a dome. Metal curved poles bend easily. They are also heavy. Curved poles and strong hub
We supply 4 to 6 curved fiberglass poles. The heat-setting process creates a fixed curve. The curve radius is from 0.8 to 1.5 meters. You can choose the radius. The pole body has a 7 mm diameter. The wall thickness is 1.2 mm. The pole is hollow. This makes it light. The rebound rate is 97% or higher. This means the pole returns to its shape after bending. All curved poles meet at a top center hub. The hub is made of PA66 with 30% fiberglass. The hub is very strong. It has holes for each pole. You push the pole end into the hole. It locks in place.

The curved poles create a tall ceiling inside the net. There are no dead corners. You have full space under the net. You can sit up straight. You can put a large mattress inside. The center hub fixes all poles at the top. The structure is very stable. The poles will not fall down. The poles are elastic. You can squeeze them together for storage. They return to their curved shape when you let go. To store the frame, you twist the poles into a round shape. The round shape fits into a carry bag. The bag diameter is 40 cm or less.
