Telescopic tubes and stable base
We use fiberglass tubes for the pole. The outer tube diameter is 19 mm. The inner tube diameter is 16 mm. The wall thickness is 1.5 mm. The pole has two or three sections. The sections slide into each other. The height adjusts from 0.8 to 1.8 meters. The lock is an aluminum cam lock. You flip the lever to lock. The lock holds tight. The bottom has a tripod base or a round base. The base has steel weights inside. The base is stable. The top has a 1/4 inch screw. This fits 99% of ring lights and phone holders.
